What do I need to run Scaffold Tracker? ▼
Just a web browser. Scaffold Tracker runs entirely in the browser on a desktop, laptop, or tablet, with nothing to install. Field crews scan a scaffold's QR tag to pull its report up on a phone, no login needed.
Who is it for? ▼
Scaffold companies working industrial sites like refineries and chemical plants, and the plants themselves. The scaffold company runs the day-to-day and billing; the plant gets a read-only client portal into their own scaffolds.
How does the billing work? ▼
You import each supplier's base cost, then set a markup on the contract. The client price is the base cost plus your markup, with free/grace days before rental accrues. Days-standing turns into a client report and a supplier report at month end, both exportable to Excel, with a per-material breakdown.
Can my client see their scaffolds? ▼
Yes. Each plant gets a secure, read-only client portal scoped to only their site. They see every standing scaffold, days standing, and inspection status, and cost if you choose to show it. They can also request a new build or a tear-down right from the portal.
How much does it cost? ▼
Pricing is per site, and a bigger pack lowers your per-site rate: from $600/site monthly on a single site down to $500/site on the 10-pack.
